During the pandemic of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) the weather channel, on our computers.  Is providing local, regional, national and international updates.

There is a national suicide prevention hotline available in the United States. The hotline toll free number is 1-800-273-8255.  You are probably still able to call your local crisis lines especially for mental health issues.  It is not only important to keep physically safe, but mentally and psychologically as well. Take your prescriptions as prescribed by your physician and or specialists'.

Governor Jay Inslee has a l00 page internet report about what is considered essential/ non essential. Updated, 14 pages.

 Basically recreational and leisure activates have been cancelled.  For example Cher is not coming to Everett's Funko Arena until October 12, 2020.  Her engagement was postponed. 

Your local newspapers, television. and radio stations can provided all concerned people with badly needed updated and current information.  The guidelines are provided by The Department of Homeland Security.  You can contact Komo news/ Coronavirus/ask the exports.  You can reach them by Facebook and probably by Twitter as well.  You can contact your local health department.  In my case it would be the Snohomish County Health District.

In Snohomish County, Washington public community meals are still mainly provided for the homeless and lower incomed population.  But are available to all people without the COVID-19. People and business providing essential services. Home care, first responders, grocery stores, banks, etc. are considered essential.  This is true state wide.  Bookstores, theaters, games,  etc. are not. Grocery stores and food banks need extra help.  My friend is staying home and sewing masks for the hospital.  The Vietnamese community living in Section 8 Housing are sewing face masks.

The Tacoma, Pierce County General Hospital donations (COVID-19) response teaches social distancing readiness in their ER ward.  President Donald Trump has officially declared we are at war with the Coronavirus. If you have vital information post it in on Facebook, Twitter, U-Tube, your Blog and other internet sites  such as Poetry Soup.

The Boeing Company is considered an essential business because it provides defense contracts.  They are closing down their Puget sound plants due to outbreaks among their productions' crew.
