Poem
I feel the aftermath of sadness written upon my heart
It's the feeling you get when no one is communicating with you
And you have to read the signs and wonders to know what is happening around you, sometimes it is hard to tell
When the wind is propelling in my direction.

It is the feeling you get when you are almost out of breath
My heart is unsettled and the clouds are rolling over me
I can hear the people shouting out for justice as they sign the new decree and boldness is with timbrel in its hand.

Oh where is that courage that keeps propelling me along
Oh where is that boldness that always makes me sing a musical song, come and sit beside me and share this soul -searching moment with me.

Crooked and leaned trees stand up like giant in front of me
Trees whose roots are buried deep in the ground
Trees whose mystery cannot be found
 
And trunk as thick as a mangrove with dried branches sticking from its sides spreads it leaves on the other side with a passion that
cannot be denied.

 It is very deep; I could not understand it until I sat in front of it and view everything in full focus. Amidst the chaos and everything that has been transpiring around me, I have found some time to be with me
So I spent the entire day meditating just be in touch with me. I felt me, yes I felt my entire self-moving inside and something
Deeper than myself carrying me and helping me to stay alive

I don’t know where that part of me comes from
But it is powerful and it is that part of me that makes me feel a part of you

I enjoy being with me but it’s very sad to be alone with me sitting on a little chair in the dark, listening to my inner heart
Answering the questions about myself, and solving age old riddles.

It is the part of yourself that everyone fears
Yet it is the part of you that is so dear,
 I love it and I can connect with it and no one can resist it.

 I came out of the entranced silence that had my heart breaking
 To face another world with me that was shaking 
A midst the laughter and shame, I felt no shame
A midst the laughter and the blame, I felt the pain.

It is the feeling that I cannot denied when everything
That I had hoped for is coming alive yet I cannot
See, I cannot touch it but I can feel it.

It is the love that I feel when my spirit is in need
It is the love that I feel when you are sitting close to me
It is the love that is buried among three layers

You have to remove the layers carefully
Before you can touch me, it is delicate and strong
It’s fragile  but is hard to break, it is buried deeply inside
When that love burns then Justice will
Will rise up and make a u turn 

When that loves burns I will wear the crown
And when that longing is satisfied 
I will no longer be mystified 
 I will no longer feel the pain
And I will no longer get the blame

When the world is standing up in front of me
And destiny is travelling with me
I know that you will be there 

And I will be reaching out to touch the utmost part of you 
And when my soul burns, and my blood run cold
And the arteries that connects the tube to my heart 
is pumping blood, then  the marathon will start.

 I hope to meet you before the plane lands
So that we can walk together on the sand
There is no more time to loose so you have to choose
When the strange heat is rumbling under my feet
We will dance together in the deep

It is just this craving that you have inside
When no one is standing by your side
The pain that has caused me much sacrifice
Is moving upside down and occasionally spinning me around 
And then I feel the mocking and the laughter blowing with the wind and the people looking at me with a nasty grin.

I am here and you are there and we have so much to share
And when the time is right I will finally be by your side.
