Waiting for bubbles Here on the pitch Hope there will be no trouble From Liverpool being in a winning niche Known for being paper back writers And always having the attitude of being fighters The Reds will have to deal Hammies who thing they are for real With hard cover binding West Ham could do some grinding With a point and a little more they want to be there if they get a score. If the Reds win by two the Hammies will call it a night since they are through, For the boys from the quarries they have no worries They are well on their way to the championship if they do not slip There is another show on this night that is chilly and cold Man City leads from a previous match where they were ever so bold. As time clicks by West Ham was giving it a nice try Then a foul in the danger zone And Liverpool could be giving a goal that has a subjective tone. Over in the other neighborhood war there was an important score When United had a strike that gave them a celebration mike Against Man City and United wanted no pity Forty-five minutes have past And one wondered who was in control of these futbol masts Will the Reds put the Hammies in more debt? Being at home you would think the Hammies would have one Before everything is said and done Two goals in less than an hour was the mountain United had to climb In half the time But the Blues at home had their bags packed With the Aston Villa being the next attack It will be an EPL friendly contest That in the end will anoint the best But in the league’s featured spectacle The Londoners were ready to start the heckle When a calm cool collected Liverpool had a break away And gave them something to say It seems the bubble must come Or when it’s done, the bubbles will not fly And the stop by the sports book will only be to say goodbye There was actually an opportunity to make the bubbles fly But batted away by the keeper turned it into the crowd giving a frustrated cry. A second later the ball hit the post And it was almost time for Liverpool to coast Xtra time was slated for three giving notice it was almost time to unleash all the match day tea No bubbles tonight but there could be a different result on Saturday, right? As the midweek comes to a close And everybody knows The matches return in not too many hours After the European Union receive the rest in peace flowers
