Poem
I saw it lying there curdle up
It’s little body trembling, its tail shaking 
And it appear as if its hind leg is broken
I put it to stand up but it fall to the ground
And cry out in great pain
It lay there curdle up trembling 
With it head on the ground
 And it broken leg resting on the strong leg
How much more sorrow do I have to feel?
How much more pain do I have to share
The innocent puppy is lying there
Looking helpless and sad
I couldn’t bear to see it suffer
And I did not know what do to make it better
I did not know where to find a vet
And just the thought of everything make me fret
My body suddenly became numb
And my spirit was dumb
I could feel my adrenalin running high
And my Spirit running dry
I asked around about the puppy
But no one owned up to its cruelty 
I confronted the old woman 
But she slammed the kitchen door in my face
And walked away in shame and disgrace
The answer was as clear as day
And love in its prime doesn't behave that way
You lead me to the scene of the crime
And take away everything that is divine
Mistrust, doubt everything wants to make me shout
I have to squeeze these feelings within
And nothing that I do will make me grin
I did not know how to help the puppy
I just watched it laying down trembling
And is still trying to recover from the shock
I went over the woodwork shop
For a board to ease the puppy misery’s
But when I lift up its fractured foot
It cries out in pain and reached towards me
I could only use a piece of board 
And make a makeshift support for its foot
Why should someone be so cruel?
To cause harm to a dumb and innocent animal
Everything is full of symbolism
I am still having this wired feeling inside
That is making my spirit cry
Some people were chosen for a sacrifice
How did the Costa Rican church woman
Become so entrenched in it?
I want to get away from these people
They are all potential murderers
They steal they lie and they deny
Their head is really not right
And they want to take away the puppy’s life
Because it is striving,
 They want to take away the puppies life 
because it is living
Everything my hand touches it strive
Everything my hand touches it comes alive
Why do they want to take away my life?
Justice for those who mistreat animals
Justice for those who mete out cruelty to animals
Justice for the child killer 
and justice for baby murderers
The little puppy is feeling pain
And I know you have nothing to gain
You will not win the race
I will drag my broken leg
And beat you a hundred meter 
Before you reach the bend
Always remember that strategy wins
And you will have to pay for your terrible sin
I want to go so that I can end the show
It is seven months since I have been in the street
It is seven months since I have been taking the heat
It is seven months since I have hurting
The world was created in six day
And the higher powers rested on the seventh day
I have had enough warning sign,
That the devil is after my life
Ten dollars has been hanging around
Ten dollars have been hanging above my shoulder
And I am waiting for them to take me home
I can feel the puppies’ pain.
