Poem

We outside of America, will kill if we could live there
Folks sell their family jewels, mother-countries, mothers;
Sisters and Brothers, to scale a wall, or fly to USA
A few try in their lands, failing to replicate US success
O we tried in EU, European Union, in Australia, new South Africa -
Even after Gandhi and Mandela, we hate ourselves (a little still!)

Their Constitution is the BEST, but that is not America's strength
Their young & restless, even Hollywood, not Nollywood: the BEST
Their military is the BEST, but that is not America's strength
Their businesses are the BEST, but that is not America's strength
Their scientists are the BEST, but that is not America's strength
Their national parks are the BEST, but that is not America's strength ...

America is not "it," it is the People, and Believers, for Jesus!
Although Pilgrims began with less love (two loved the Indians in 1620)
There are Americans who do love Jesus and people, and sacrifice
Their faith in Jesus and the Holy Spirit is their strength
Their monies have gone to missions more than other nations'
Their saving graces and medicines have gone to children
And "others" including enemy peoples (per foreign leaders' words)
Behind their military, money, museums, monuments and,
Even THAT Constitution: Life, Liberty, Happiness are Equally Available:
Yet America knows, we ought not to pursue happiness! Happiness,
As in Grace with Jesus' Face, pursues us! YHWH showed it to Seymour & Me
