Poem
Bigger than YOU Think The internet, is large... indeed. It starts here and never ends. It just starts over somewhere else. In the beginning AOL, time spent waiting to connect. Now we sail across the sea, and stream everything from you...to me. It is illusive and right in front, it is scary and beautiful, intelligent and stupid... like a woman you first met, at a place, you would not dare go back to, and found she followed you home, wants to marry you and has already taken, your I.D. Welcome Mrs. Smith, glad you decided to return. Will it be the formal suite? at the cost, more money than my account could ever afford, or I could ever earn, on a good day, much less a bad. Then the bank calls and tells me, my account is overdrawn, and my license has been denied. I want to hide, but I can not, snail mail, email, first impressions, and half baked... the cake has been sitting out too long. I can send a package to New York, costs me less to Africa, if I send it via China. Has anyone else noticed this circle, except the man taking my money? He has an odd and knowing smile, on his visage. What inner secret does he have, how can I get part of that? YouTube, my new teacher, I can fix my dryer and make bread. I can also spend or spent, untold hours watching things, I should never have see. Worse yet connected to games, that win nothing, but take everything, I have remaining... willingly, if absently given. Now I understand, they can see me as well? How is that possible. Why would they want to look? Who are they? My list in this area, is rather long... Media giants taking turns with their toys, playing and ever hitting them together, to make strange sounds. It is our right to choose the news, or so they say, until there is no country, to have rights in, anymore. All lost by people living out their idealism, instead of standing together as a nation. As one, As one against the tide, the rising tide of black, that covers like cancer on a screen where it is tolerant of drugs, but not accepted by them, or the people that use them. Amazon, we deliver. A miracle of the times. I am not for or against, that would be like breathing, once the ball has dropped. At least by appearance you are aware, of all those that stare, at your wealth, jealous of your success, yet, you laugh in their face and provide jobs, all need desperately. (except in New Your where you are valued less) This now... is the willingness of our time - to sell out humanity, in favor of Borg technology. Once we have been assimilated, it will feel more centered, and less sidelined, by football heroes that never, leave their chairs. Text on my friends, although against the law. It is our right to run people over, that do not, get out of the way. some say. But they are few and less conscious of reality... as a whole. Most are unsure as to which stall, to put their head in, and which to take their minds off, in order to be correct... for now. Heroes in churches, standing their ground, pounding the darkness back. Proving that the agenda we are fed, is full of flies and lies, by people in power. Trying to take away, all that they can, to give to those that have none, but willing to take, even what is not theirs, and never was. Prayers is the order of the day, unless you feel you can make it, alone. In that case, I will pray for you, you will need it.
