2020 and everything is getting clearer 
With the New Year getting nearer 
There is a news show named 2020 
It is journalism done for the money 

The hosts enjoy reading page six of the New York Post 
But as for worthy information 
This is a question that should be a raisin 
With journalism students you know I am say in 

It is a new decade 
And it must be stated 
There are many franchise’s needs 
That could breed a thought of American greed 

There is a chick filet here there is a chick filet there
But why does Chick Filet seem so scared 
They said it was a football game with the peach name 
But what it’s in the bowl really looks all the same 
Now that it is over does that mean we all went under 
Putting all these chicks as filets in the desert city was a blunder? 

As for star bucks it must be said 
Things could of went straight to their head 
With all the types ready for brew 
You would think they knew what was going on too  
There is something really hot inside their locations which is a lot 
It is a caffeinated high and a place for a girl to meet a nice guy

Throughout the next 365 days many the journalist who do their work for large pay will say 
Politicians will flock to every community block 
Looking for votes to win power positions that are not a joke 


Take in stride this 2020 ride as not only a show but a reason to glow 
You see the roar in twenties have returned 
And we know this to be firm 
Since success is the term 
That everyone should learn 

Make 2020 the best ever 
When pulling life’s lever 
It does not matter which party you are at 
Just be honest with yourself knowing that 
Bring on the new year and with out any fear 
With one big cheer and maybe a tear.
