The Ax

Sometimes death is easier. 
Wow, that is terrible. 
Divorce, rips families to shreds. 
This is mine-that is not.
Confusion and conflict. 
The kids… oh yeah, 
I want them, unless…

I have to sacrifice something. 
I have to cut a date short, with my new girl. 
I have to stop going out with the guys, 
as both have the mumps.
They are a bother.

your other half. 

Not so much anymore. 
You can do as you please, 
and please do as you please. 
You are reckless and I 
believe our life insurance still 
runs, at least until the end of July. 
I, could be rich, 
without any effort at all. 

Picking out things, 
alone. So much easier. 
Not for long stupid. 
I got a new dress, 
my hair is fixed. 
Everyone says I have lost weight. 
(220 pounds of dead stone)
Makes for a new look every time. 

The kids… we are fine. 
Joe, Mack and/or George, 
are fighting over
who can take us
