Like Bede, venerable, he's counting beads dropping like blood drops, steel hard, cracking marble floors like lightening rods it’s understood daily - Before mirrors Life in Latin Computus In time, perhaps the days of The Beatitudes will be understood Counting all the days, one by one life draining in the dreams then the child walks away the child in him forever stays he turns to her she turns away Huddled and afraid Where is Love when drunk on the turning of the chalice upside down empty then stolen is the Golden Grail Treasure taken swift and sharp by her absence doors slowly close inch by inch The Beatitudes fade on the setting of every pretty romancing pirouette and wanton bow of Sun Mouths and minds are stitched Eyes unforgiving turned away Ripe lips and tongues for kissing done His dreams washed away Her dreams washed away Swallowed and kissed once on a floating punt that this would never be their way When other's lives had been bled through marriage dry and stale no, never theirs, they would still have their loving wanton ways in their wedding bed The woman crouches in a corner face hidden crying oceans of high tides in tears black into buckets of pale then who speaks of the days of Rosy Crucifixion? Sexus, Plexus, Nexus ripe lips for kissing writers bed romance Maestri collaboratore conducting symphonies sheets, wet music notes turned burning blue hearts and skin planted on a soft grazed cheek, slow dancing thighs and hips 1-2 1-2 Where is the Warrior named LOVE when God has his way Inside the burning heart The poet takes up his quill recalcitrant he writes electric his vendetta romance hellfire becomes the Chapter and in his wager he writes his part Yes, poets are romantic It’s all of love and heart John Donne pulls the strings of her corset She is a cursive sentence in a cell Poets' hearts are Black as Hell And Strong The poet writes to tell his tale He is a dark symphony strung in gallows rope Defiant and he is Strong (LadyLabyrinth/2019) Depeche Mode Should Be Higher Blondish Remix https://youtu.be/NQe_69NrbEk "Storm(Tormenta)"/Antonio Vivaldi https://youtu.be/zwoRsqkEKws "Be still when you have nothing to say; when genuine passion moves you, say what you've got to say, and say it hot."
