Poem
life hurts when your all alone, no one to talk to or on the phone, watching every days that past, praying the emptiness would not last, growing old and so confused, no one wants to be around you, dying slowly and in vain, no one to talk to about this pain, the pain does not hurt my muscles or joints, just the silence of no ones voice, where to turn to or where to go, i can not see to talk to anyone i know, life is hard at best of times, dragging days and into nights, why do we carry on, silence is killing every song, birds don,t cheap as there all gone, sitting here and all alone, heart is hurting as i need a friend, wish my time would hurry up and end, kids grown up and moved away, why stay near me when i hurt this way, only god can make that choice, to help you hear someones voice, dying alone and so confused, no one wants to hear my news, its is as good as it gets, dying alone and have regrets, regrets that i made in life, this is why i have no pride, i would talk to the animals if they would listen, even tell them about the new born baby's christen, no one wants to hear my news, i sit alone with all these blues, hurting heart and a empty soul, when every person has left home, sun comes up sun goes down, looks so dry when no ones around, guess i will sit and wait my turn, god to say my time is up, i will not be sad when i hear this news, as gods the last person to hear my news, thank you lord i do must say, taking me a long road and hear what i,v to say, no one will miss me or understand, sitting alone in this one man band, it is so sad when i am all alone, no one to sit with me to take my throne maybe one day if i get the chance, next life i will take life by the hand, slow walk home to heaven that waits, life hurts with life,s this way, so when you read this take your chance, talk to people and never be a lonely old man, as its cruel to grow old alone, and not one person to talk to on the telephone,,,
