Poem

STRONGER
Even with broken wings I will keep flying, painful as it might be I will keep trying
With broken legs I will keep walking when everybody is silent I will keep talking
Watching evils happen around you in silence is being an accomplice 
I will not rest until I have had all the missions that I set out to do accomplished
I'm only human, so I will get tired
This job is not my grandma's so I will get fired
But the fire burning inside me will not let me rest so I will fight
Haters love to hate so I will give em love
From my iniquities and deep inside my pain's where their profit is
If they wish me failure I wish them success and will see who the prophet is
I'm not perfect so I have wronged and left the right people
But I don't harbor any regrets, I don't suffer in secret, I don't hide behind a charade of holiness when inside I don't have a shred of tenderness 
Preaching water and drinking wine, stuck in a labyrinth of debts but breathing fine, telling the truth but still appearing like you lying, smiling with your teeth while your face is crying, those ain't characteristics of mine, unless statistics are lying
But however much I floss, I got flaws,  a couple of skeletons up in my closet
I might be wrong about everything I just said but am right here and am strong 
I was born again and am grown
Having said what I had to, am gone.
