Poem
Many years of mould in the making, Existing, not living but constantly shaking, Extreme, traumatic disorder, damage, Within one, ongoing personal ravage. Where, which way, should or how to go, A constant in mind with no real show, Who was or is inevitably to blame? Damaged, confused, minors what a shame. False laughter, and forced excitement, An inkling of happiness, pure experiment, Rocking to sleep, nervousness what’s the use, Only to be awoken by unrest and abuse. Forever in our minds darkness will remain, Affected by our life, the path stunts our gain, Grown up, scarred, and lost, and stained, Within our lives damage reigned. Relationships, love, just life as attempted Only disappointed, hurt, scarred further tempted, Brothers and sisters, all their own way, Try and follow the stunning suns ray. Forever without knowing why, remembering, Difficulty for forgiveness, inside a trembling, Little reminisces of happiness of the past, Come through and show us as true but can’t last. We are not who we supposedly are, But what is left after life’s scar, Some survive in love, some don’t, The loss, more pain, emptiness but won’t. Give up as inside a true promise, To our own grow love, no scars before demise, A fresh start to new flesh born and mind, To continue happy life, without a halt grind. This is a wish for life to all without deep pain, For loved ones never forget, and us disdain, Go forth and grow in love and show, For all else around that never know. The past life that changed us and made blind, To enable our strength of a beauty mind, The decisions to teach right from wrong, Know where weakness was and what was strong. From the birth throughout life, weary, Ghostly sounds, from the past, scary, Remain within, always, but to learn, be strong, We are not unusual, but impacted by wrong. Let the curve of life look up not down, Never forget as we have a time shown, We have love within but very deep, Inside, too scared to always awake from sleep. Appreciate the true love you receive, Many don’t, as much in life has been deceive, Learn from the pain; grow without life’s stain, Teach those that you can, show love not pain. The paths that you walk, blocks avoided, Some not, but a lesson, in mind embroiled, Go forth in love, and embrace your life, Life can be filled with reality and not just strife.
