Poem

For you are a different kind of man;
crimson dancing silhouettes caressing the night-
cerulean ecstasy with a medallion dandelion wish,
you sacrifice your light for me and now my wings
can soar in the sky.

When I first met you there were a hundred pieces 
of me. 
When love takes hold, the Lord and His angels
bestow a heartbeat of a dream.
Meditation in the morning with you;
writing on life’s wall for love’s sweet surrender. 
Forgotten scars find peace....

       and so it begins-
       words worth writing; 
       for never a part time poet am I.
       My muse once sleeping is awake...
