Poem

She felt Scorpio’s all-knowing presence, new life was in the air
For the grabbing, and the taking, if she was truly kind and fair.
The Buddha Moon enlightened her as no other moon had.
She pulled out her compassion and looked at it without her mad.

Compassion smiled and winked at her, knowing what she could do.
She was attuned to the mysteries, and yet, some had escaped her view.
Walk the middle path, she told her present self. I know, I know, it said.
Her mindfulness was right up front, driving the body in its stead.

Shurt! Shurt! Shurt! Shurt! Shurt! She was still for a second. Was that her?
Yes, her wheezing was back. She listened. It was the sound of an injured cur.
Calm down sweet breath, she told her brain as she slowed her dendrites down.
Rejuvenation did not take place, but gone was that wheezing sound.

She knew that it was the best time to let go of the things she did not love, 
She looked at the cat and smiled a bit, Shark was a friend, fantastic meditater.
Her concentration candle was as white as clouds peeking in to easily see.
The next one to glimpse her was her bestie, her twelve- foot willow tree.

She delved into her psyche, in spots not available any other time of the year.
She wrestled some of the ideas out into the open and was amazed they were so clear.
The Wesak moon was doing his job, giving her the opportunity to discard the old.
So there would be room to bring in new wisdom, dazzling bright, and gold.
