Poem
The soul is often described as an orb of light that softly shines within the heart. Its a pulsing radiant energy that observes, feels, guides, and takes you to a resting place of breath and contentment. (Breathe) The eyes can only see the exterior extension of the gross body, but the soul contains a chemistry of emotion that feels better then any eye can ever see or experience. (Breathe) The soul is tangible in ways that only soul can be. It has no taste or odor, no touch, no solid matter, but it contains all the memory of a lifetime on earth. When you close your eyes and go within, you discover all the feelings that you foster inside of you. (Breathe) Create space for your soul and give it permission to explore the avenue of healing through breath and devotion. Trust your soul to lead you to that cavern of dark delight where harsh melts away and the deep slumber arrives like a welcome pillow or a mat, a soft made bed of comfort and delight. (Breathe ) Cup both hands together and hold your soul orb in the center of your palms. Feel the warmth it emits and trust in the light that shines within. Your loving Creator has gifted you with something truly majestic. Don't abuse of it, misuse it, or throw it away. Be appreciative of others and yourself. Delve in the moment at hand and (Breathe , hold your breath, and then release ) March 10, 2019
