Poem

They say that,
“too many cooks, spoil the soup”;
indeed, they spoil everything.

Political cooks, halfway cook the meal; 
leaving raw, tough meat and chewy bread; 
they bicker all the while; 
serving under cooked dinners.

Legal cooks, waste time cutting corners 
and their incessant digging,
in the wrong direction, 
produces over-baked mush, 
that defeats effort.

Research cooks, never get the seasoning right; 
often serving up toxic cocktails.
with sour lunches.  
The cacophony, of bickering over cost of ingredients 
and whom will pay the price;
often results in a grotesque experience,
with no nutrition.

Humankind would be far better off, 
rearranging its life-kitchen; 
letting the expert chefs make the decisions,
regarding meal planning.

A meal is only perfect when, 
thoroughly well planned and prepared, 
but some egos are too blind,
to observe their own mistakes.
