WHAT IS THIS THING PREJUDICE---


I AM black my skin is dark
It's 1940 why must I sit in the back
My fellow man is lighter than
I'm part of the caravan
Trying be included in, equality
       what is this thing prejudice
God made me, made you
Matter's not if we're gray, blue or green
His image
I AM red original American
Where are all my people Indians
What reservations

Here's just a few men
populated seven, all forms, yes there's colors in heaven
different colors of dirt
for all it's worth
our soul/spirit first

encase in clay various in shades
just what is?
Being made in His image
Look into the mirror
Into your eyes the window to your soul
There's no more room prejudice anymore
For when we die we're all dry bones

Git to the front of the bus
Put on the skins of Jesus
