1/4 cup of chopped shrimp
1/4 chopped crab meat
3 cups of chick peas
1/4 green onions chopped
2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons of chopped thyme
2 teaspoons of salt
1 Tablespoon of dehydrated garlic
1 egg yolk

mix well and form balls, deep fry until golden brown

a good sourdough about 3 cups of unrisen sour-dough
1/4 cup of chopped chives
1/4 chopped thyme
1/4 sweet basil (chopped)
2 tablespoons of oregano(chopped)
20 slices of prosciutto( rolled and chopped )
2 cups of cream cheese
1/2 of feta
.roll sourdough into a squared even sheet
mix cheese and herbs and prosciutto, spread even and roll
cut into 1 inch wheels
bake for about 25 to 0 minutes/ or until done!

1 cup of drained Glory mustard greens
1 cup of pumpkin seeds
2 cups of deepfreid onions
1/2 cup of french onion dip
3 cups of sliced mushrooms(SAUTEED)
1 cup of sourcream
2 cups of finely sliced white potatoes(blanced in salt water)
2 cups of cooked bacon (crushed)
1 tablespoon of cayyene pepper
1 teaspoon of mace
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
5 cups of chopped raw spinach ...drained(blanced in salt water)
1 5  to 7 pound pork loin (dressed in butcher strings)
mix the stuffing, and stuff the pork , bake salted and peppered loin in a 365 degree oven until done.

1 pureed beet
1 cup of pureed cranberries
2 cups of cranberry juice
1/4 cup of raspberry brandy/ wine
2 tablespoons of crushed garlic
2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
6 tablespoon of fresh rosemary
1/4 cup of minced onion
3 tablespoons of liquid smoke

1 boneless turkey breast ( no skin)
tenderloins and breast separated into four pieces
mix together and marinade over night
)(((goal is to allow the redness to permeate the turkey
creating a rich red color to the outside of the turkey.
remove from marinade, and allow to air dry on a rack
rub
a mixture of lemon juice,olive oil, and butter the entire area of the bird
sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper: bake until
bake in a hot oven until done


1 cup of homemade grape wine
1 cup of home made apple wine
1 cup of homemade rose wine
1 cup of one year old dandelion wine
5 cups of grape juice
1 bottle of a brand named sweet red wine
5 cups of pureed strawberries
2 cups of lime juice
2 cups of blueberry juice
mix, taste, adjust ,and serve!
