Lord I thank You for this Blessing
But sometimes this writing skill 
is a gift and a curse,
Because everything I have lived through,
I relive when I put it in a verse
There are days I can’t tell 
Which hell is worse
The one in my mind 
Or the one in my heart
It hurts
Living in fast forward
Thinking in the past 
Like reverse
I’m my own worst enemy
And my only Family
Is now found in my Church
I gained nothing in the world
So what was it worth
Trying to be the bad guy
So I could justify
The Who what where and why
Why I was treated worthless
I should of learned this
Wasn’t even worth this
And what’s worse is
That evils so subversive 
That you can’t physically hurt this
Because we are Fighting in the Spiritual
So the only weapon that works is
The weapon of prayer
My heart pouring out 
with my hands in the air
In my eyes You can see 
My Warriors glare
When I hit my knees
As I fell to the floor
The devil for sure
Thought that he finished the war
But I put both hands together
And grew stronger than before
Unleashing the Lion of Judah 
With a powerful roar
I fought back with a vengeance knowing
The battles not mine to win 
The Battle belongs to the Lord

This is Hand to Hand Combat

I may turn the other cheek
But my Lord is strongest
When I admit that I’m weak
The power of life or death
Resides in what I speak
So when I speak, 
I speak life 
Or else my silence I keep.

This is Hand to Hand Combat.

In one hand there’s love
The right hand of fellowship 
In the other hand there’s Faith
The strong hand of Worship
There’s a saying that 
United we stand
And divided we fall
But with both hands apart or together
I will pray or 
I will lift up my hands and call
Upon the name of My Savior
The Lion who is also the Lamb
The Prince Of Peace
The Wonderful Counselor 
Christ 
Emmanuel 
The Son Of Man
Until the Kingdom Comes
Lord let Your Will be done
In the name of the Father
The Spirit 
And The Holiest Son.
Amen. And Amen.
