Poem

Many whimsical worlds ago,
In a matchbox by a tree,
A faerie captive lived, by name of Jo.
Her light was plain to see.

This good-hearted faerie lived with a bunch of elves.
That thought of no one but themselves.
They were selfish as she was kind.
And honestly thought she did not mind.

She did not actually, until a wonderful day
That a faery man took her breath away.
He had stopped for a second, and gave her a wink,
When she had offered him cool water to drink.

He showed her how to dance, and prance and sing,
She felt like a princess, he was gentle as a king.
He taught her how to serve frozen food.
To those nasty elves, putting them in a really bad mood.

They said they would never let faerie captive go upon her capture,
But at that time none of those meanies had tasted frozen cheese raptor.
So they got themselves a corpulent mushroom nymph,
From the land of Tasty Food, her specialty was freshly seasoned shrimp.

And Jo and her faerie man went to the bowels of Shoeville, far-far away, 
To an exotic land where they now dance the merengue’.
In the evenings they laugh, and play, they are married fifty years, if married a day.
The best part of all, they have sixteen grandchildren, who take their breath away.
