WHAT DID GOD DO ON THE SEVENTH DAY As I begin and end my day, I SAY As I dwell amidst myself, darkness abounds yet within my light And the earth was without form, and void; And darkness was upon the face of the deep; The heaven wonders do I ever sleep; What do I do on the seventh day: And the Spirit of Myself moved upon the face of the waters And I God said, Let there be light and there was light. And as I saw the light, that it was good I divided the light from the darkness. And I God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night And the evening and the morning were the first day. The heaven wonders do I ever sleep; What do I do on the seventh day: Let the light appear on earth and the universe; Sunday’s sun planet blazes on I speak it such; I God spoken it in existences; 1st day of the week, one thousand years? The heaven wonders do I ever sleep; What do I do on the seventh day: And I said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters; And let it divide the waters from the waters; As I make the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; So be it; I shall called the firmament Heaven; Where I and angels and my Son dwells; And the evening and the morning were the second day. The heaven wonders do I ever sleep; What do I do on the seventh day: Separating them, waters divided scattered planets; Dry lands appear I spoke them present; Flung those balls of matter, those planets dry lands vegetation created; Mundane bodies planets and their moons; 2nd day of week Monday and that; And I said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind; Whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so; The heaven wonders do I ever sleep; What do I do on the seventh day: And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind; And the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind; And I God saw that it was good; And the evening and the morning were the third day; Now Wednesday the forth day; The heaven wonders do I ever sleep; What do I do on the seventh day: And I God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: I'll make the stars also. And I'll set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, And to rule over the day and over the night; And to divide the light from the darkness: And as I saw that it was good; And the evening and the morning were the fourth day. The heaven wonders do I ever sleep; What do I do on the seventh day: I God created great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, And every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good; And I God blessed them, mammal saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. And the evening and the morning were the fifth day. The heaven wonders do I ever sleep; What do I do on the seventh day: I God shall created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them: And I God blessed them,. and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply; And replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion Over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth; And I God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to everything that creeps upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. And I God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. The heaven wonders do I ever sleep; What do I do on the seventh day: Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them; And on the seventh day I God ends my works which he had made; And he rested on the seventh day; The heaven wonders do I ever sleep; What do I do on the seventh day: So as days of God’s calendar begins and end at sunset; This the 7th day I GOD on this Sabbath; I shall make it for me to Rest; So some may say what did I God do on the 7th day--- After working (6 days) 6 thousand years what do you think? WHAT DID I GOD DO ON THE SEVENTH DAY This is why >>>….I RESTED 10-25-18 What Did God Do On The Seventh Day? Poetry Contest Sponsored by: Curtis Moorman
