My bestie blind dated big Humpty His hairstyle resembled Don Trumpty He was constantly rude Foul mouthed and so crude No wonder she soon ditched the numpty! 10/15/18 Your bestie's blind date was a weird one An hour of boredom and she was done When she said goodnight He put up a fight So she slapped him with a hot cross bun WRITTEN BY LIN LANE Now after the date she felt thinner, And so far from being a winner, Realizing that bun, Her date it did stun, Was meant to be her Sunday dinner WRITTEN BY CHRIS GREEN She suddenly turns very pale He’s torpid, then spurts like a whale That hard blow on his head Could have rendered him dead She’s lucky she’s not facing jail! WRITTEN BY JAN ALLISON She stood there her foot it was tapping, Her unconscious date appeared napping, When somebody called, Her date’s car had stalled, Then who was this guy she’d been slapping WRITTEN BY CHRIS GREEN My blind date, he could not speak English, And so I attempted some “Spanglish”, It didn’t go well, This much I could tell, That’s why at 50 he’s still Singlish WRITTEN BY CAROLYN DEVONSHIRE She didn't care if he was multilingual And walked away, saying she'd rather mingle He growled like a bear And started to swear She laughed and said, "Now I see why you're single!" WRITTEN BY LIN LANE She hoped her blind date would make her tingle but instead he resembled kris Kringle she suddenly knew she would fake the flu and head to the town bar to mingle WRITTEN BY TANIA KITCHIN I heard your bestie can't see Thought check said the meal was free She strolled out the joint They started to point From the owner she had to flee WRITTEN BY TIM SMITH Her blind date a bit icky, And he looked rather sickly. During dinner she froze, Saw him picking his nose; Needed an excuse to bolt quickly! WRITTEN BY M.L. KISER I saw a sweet girl on a beach. She looked as tasty as a peach. I want to take her home. That way, she will not roam. But, she is not within my reach. WRITTEN BY ROBERT PETTIT I was tricked to go on a blind date Maybe I would meet my soulmate Boy was I totally wrong He wore a pink thong Left him with bill, didn't contemplate WRITTEN BY ALEXIS Y The blind date was rugby mad Could scrum down with any lad Oh my, my gender is wrong Looks better in a thong Bigger boobs than me... the cad. WRITTEN BY SEREN ROBERTS She was hoping for Richard Gere Hopes fading as he appeared She ordered a drink Then gave him a wink And said not in a million years WRITTEN BY CHARLIE KNOWLTON IF YOU WANT TO JOIN IN THE FUN PLEASE SOUP MAIL ME YOUR POEM
