Plea Bargain And Virginal Innocence.  

Elementary, my dear Watson, elementary....
With a plea bargain, mega bucks helps clean a company's slate....
While the  US gets a share of the illegal gains as processing fees, it is said....
The US then repatriates the balance of the settlement to poor Bolehland....
US fabled justice is seen pursued and drastic action taken...
They get processing fees for flexing their legal muscles...
Bolehland meekly accepts whatever that is magnanimously given or returned...
A message is sent worldwide, big Uncle Sam is watchful alright...
And poor Bolehland and her long suffering people are left holding half a bag....
And  a trillion dollar worth of national debts the citizens have to pay back....
The only silver lining out of this stupid clown inspired financial disaster... 
Bolehland goes into history books the country with the world's largest kleptocracy case...
That surmises it all succinctly, my dear Watson.....
