Poem
You have to see it to believe it You have to experience it to know it You have to feel it to understand it You have to get out of your house to witness it The blue wave is coming, it is already here It has spread it wings everywhere Its sensation is wrapped up in the atmosphere It has touched every human life far and near I have observed it everywhere And I still can’t believe what I have seen and heard I have been wanting to go on a journey out of town But the devil has had me spell bound Was it a coincident or was it providence Every time I wanted to make a move The rain beats heavily on my roof Morning come and goes so I had to postponed my planned journey The rain would not cease and the temperature had increased I know that this journey was not for me to have fun And I could not relax until it was done I got up early on July 28 without whispering a word Everything was warm and chirpy And this was the moment I have been waiting for Just as I was about to step outside The rain began to pour ferociously I just could not figure everything out I am still pondering what it was all about Someone must have read my thoughts And the rain God put a puncture in my heart I was determined to defy the rain God So I stepped out of the house Without an umbrella or a rain coat I placed a plastic over my head and walked around the little town and completed my tasks Later that evening I went to the train station and bought a ticket and boarded the overnight train The rain tundered more and more to prevent me from leaving But sometimes looks can be rather deceiving The rain did not cease and my will power was much stronger than my desire I trampled the forces that had cornered me and broke the spells all around me I spend two nights on the train moving from big cities to big town Rural villages, countrysides, farm lands and little towns Blue had touched everywhere, it extended from light post to wire poles In the bushes on rooftops on pig pens and bird houses On barn and stables, old houses and new house On wall and zinc fences, blue was evident every I do not watch TV because I want to be in tuned with reality I am not in America or the Middle East This is not a dream or imagination it is full blown reality The sky is blue, the ocean is big and blue And contains everything to feed me and you So don’t let the rain stop you you have to experience it to understand it The blue wave is already here I hope that everyone is prepared
