Poem

Things for me start here,
In the very beauty of a blank white page
To the dark sky of glittering stars
And in between the ladder of tiny surprises.

The watercolour paintings which gave me joy,
The little piggy bank which sparkled my eye,
The fragrant roses that filled my courtyard,
The newspaper cuttings I saved.

The music of the rain and the smell of soil,
The small scribblings i made
The bag of toys I preserved
The trophies I won by singing and dancing.

The beauty in these little things
Filled me with joy
Or it meant the world to me
Those innocent things kept me going.

But when my brain started thinking higher
I was caught,in building up my dreams 
High targets,goals,aim and what not
Trying to be a girl with goals was fantabulous .

The spirit I had,the courage I pursued 
The high level of aura that I received 
We're the most drastic forces I had
And I was running towards my dream.

And finally I am exhausted,
My dreams still leave in me;powerfully 
But somewhere I missed the happy me
Who admired the beauty of small things.

In and out notions were flowing 
And all I need is to be back,
To feel the cool breeze,
To enjoy the smell of soil after first rain.

To rediscover me ,to revive me
In all those little happiness that made me.
And realise that is a beginning in
Each ending,where your dreams are refueled
