Poem
I still want you to cradle my clementine cries I would like you to embrace my eloquent eyes But, I won’t hold on to your lament-lullaby lies Don’t ask me why I want to rub your temples to paradise I wanted you back That’s what I wanted to be exact…before I selfishly ransacked you I had got your back You’ve given me a great amount of endearing impact – that’s true But, you can’t come back Because you did your reckless wrongs to me for a matter of fact Just leave and please be back I’m sorry for the way I act…much energy of becoming a better me, I lacked Don’t turn your back on me Turn away from the wretched yesterday I’m sorry I didn’t let you be Unravel all of you like yarn night and day You devour me like a shark You torn me up from the start Yes, you left your teeth mark On my aching, breaking heart You departed from the purity of light You abandoned it because of scars you had and you were mad The past haunts us like stars at night Misery makes harmony with hatred and makes us feel so sad Don’t leave My sight, not just yet I won’t grieve In tough rage and regret I want to believe By all the hopes and cheers I can get I need to be caught in the net…of enduring encouragement Wanting faithful ensnarement that doesn’t get me upset I bet I noticed you were struggling I know I do too much noticing I keep on constantly bugging But, you need a hug, my darling Keep pressing on, My dusked dawn Flutter like a dove In the sky, high above You gave me a love so heartfelt The beating of your heart, I also felt Tuck me in in your blankets of consideration I appreciate your care and comfort in addition Oh, you dim light, Do shine on tonight Oh, my dim light, Please accept my delight That I hand to you with open arms, hon You’re a daydream away, no harm done Oh, you dim light, Have wings of flight Oh, my dim light, Push away the plight From your life And from my life Have a safe-haven drive… Let it energize you and shine anew Know that you deserve to stay alive, So try to survive the doubts too I’m sorry you remember the tragic tension and the agonizing experiences It’s traumatizing to the point of harsh torture and so much more You were hurt and you were ignored…wore filthy rags of your reminiscences It’s terrifying and baffling that you gave up your grief-stricken war Oh, you dim light, Do shine on tonight Oh, my dim light, Please accept my delight That I hand to you with open arms, hon You’re a daydream away, no harm done Oh, you dim light, Have wings of flight Oh, my dim light, Push away the plight From your life And from my life I will drive away your fears I will dry away your sad tears I will replace them with anyone you hold dear Or anything that makes you grin ear to ear… Year to year…cheers to that, my lovely dear I will be there for you for now on and I’ll lend you an ear I called out your name, but you didn’t answer… It was as if my voice was a worthless blur… I find myself unsure in awkward predicaments I’m sure You are a sincere cure, compared to the other people that enjoy to injure A profoundly dreadful, drained and troubled man that turned out to be me You made a marvelous man out of me and It’s funny you don’t clearly see Oh, you dim light, Do shine on tonight Oh, my dim light, Please accept my delight That I hand to you with open arms, hon You’re a daydream away, no harm done Oh, you dim light, Have wings of flight Oh, my dim light, Push away the plight From your life And from my life
