Poem
Better let me know what’s being done in the dark, When you are far from here, I start to slug. Only you bring the light that burns with cheer, I`m your lover before the world start turning back. The road to my home is without fear. Maybe one day this your empty feelings will turn to me for a hug, I keep hearing voices night after night when you leave me behind yesteryear. Deep within me was the absence of luck, Until you came back to me with kisses, making every sadness disappear. We sometimes argue and fight ourselves till the day becomes black, Yet, I believe in you my dear. Forever will I choose you instead of billions in a bag. The story speaks about how we live beyond sincere, And the whole world watch us as we hail your black skin with a flag. It`s a delight when the rainbow smiles at you after the clouds bath you with special beer. The moment I recall when seasons never make us lack, You start to cry, causing my heart to tear. Let`s suspend ourselves from misery and stroll around a new world, You’re the kind that elicits my instinct to find that dreamworld. That environ full of happiness and shapes making me feel well. Sometimes in affliction, I only see you to be my perfection. Prove me wrong of this confession. Even if I fall back on a correction, Your matters run through me like river Jordan. Singing inside of me the tunes made by a melodious organ. To that which change my mood from worse to good. You`re my mirror without falsehood. The diamond which can`t be stolen from me by anyone in this hood. Revealing my appearance in a moon, And giving details about me not in a lurid look. Tell me what you want from my eyes. Hope I can admire your pitch black skin not just in seconds? When I move towards you I see no pretense. My first sight towards you taught me of your excellence. Bringing the reality bounded around our makeups into an equal sense. How I wish you read about yourself in my heart. And how I pray we maintain our natural skin tones for us to be smart. Because bleaching is a source of psychological blackout, That intends making you a dropout Your black skin is my sweetheart, Whilst, it characteristics vigorously stay patiently to outsmart. Tell me what we`ll do when your natural skin is gone, Where will it be found after been lost? I love your skin more, And I wish you understand me on this note, Since it`s what identify us though, Pitch black skin is ever bold… And that`s what we hold.
