Poem
The collective world is a monster of lies. It kills people, every day, right before our eyes. It intimidates and abuses and puts them fear. It makes people feel like nobody cares. You can't kill it, because it's not alive. People run it from the inside. It uses money to have its way; it takes whatever, with nothing to say. Hour by hour, day by day, it takes without giving along the way. It makes the laws that mankind must abide. From these, no one can hide. It creates governments and kingdoms to rule the heart of man. It has all the power and yet it has a few friends. A machine built by the human race, it has no arms, no legs and a painted face. Money is the blood that runs through its veins-- it kills anything without knowing it's name. It has organized the world in different segments and parts, yet it has no feelings and has no heart. It started with mankind, when one said to another, "This is yours, and that is mine." Then, with the words 'buy' and 'sell', life was put on time. Today, it sits at the beginning of every dawn, and as the sun sets time goes on. It creates armies in the north, south, west and east. It causes people to fight each other for food, land and something more to eat. I see no end to the things that are about to come, unless we take away its bombs, the hatred and guns. I guess there's hope while there is life. There's only two outcomes: wrong or right. Anything else that is in between is nightmare, hell with light. Unless we seek and find peace, we will be doomed to the ways of the beast!
