            quenching the thirsty parched lands

FAITH IN GOD WHO DELIGHTS IN US	

God delights in us, settling our faith upon Scriptural firmness… 
Indeed, assuring our eternal salvation by His graciousness  
And forgiving us of confessed sinfulness
To set us toward victorious gloriousness. 

God delights in us, teaching our faith toward His direction… 
Indeed, leading our steps by His wise instruction  
And checking us with right correction
To uphold us against falsity and deception. 

God delights in us, increasing our faith by His Word… 
Indeed, confronting our doubts that bring discord  
And guiding us by the Spirit’s sword
To mold us as we acknowledge Him as our Lord. 

God delights in us, refining our faith toward doing the best… 
Indeed, exhorting our devotion by His love, so blest  
And inspiring us with heavenly zest
To drive us triumphantly despite trial and test. 

God delights in us, propelling our faith for service-flight… 
Indeed, transforming our character by His virtuous might  
And smiting us of arrogant blight
To humble us while depending on Him midst prayer-plight. 

God delights in us, ruling our faith by His guardianship… 
Indeed, governing our lives according to His leadership  
And nurturing us around His fellowship
To protects us within His discipleship and ministry-partnership. 

God delights in us, charging our faith midst His power’s fervency… 
Indeed, meeting our needs with His mercy  
And letting us enjoy His provisions of satisfying sufficiency
To make us thankful while abiding in His will with our obedience-persistency.
