Silent Rescue

Pains of displeasure gnawing
At my insides
Screams of disappointments
Harmonizing with my outcries

Wrong turns and deceptive trust
My self-worth equality of zero
The currency says “In God We Trust”
Yearning for my designated hero

I am a broken vessel, lost in the shuffle
It is hard to stand where I could be seen
Times are hard…I’m trying to get back my hustle
Heartbroken with unrealized dreams

Who am I?
Drenched from my cries
That you pass by so amused
Trying to avoid the lack of joy
That dims the light
From my contrite

I have become immune
To this invisible life

You think I am guilty
You charge it as sin
I am not the only
No one but God could judge me
Longing to be seen
In much need of a friend

Silent cries
Devoid of allies
Searching for my “silent rescue”

It s a really deep and beautifully written poem, you are absolutely right, nobody has any reason to judge anyone, we all are in this world to make God pleased and acto according to Him, not to pleased the world, they thing you are wrong, don t even care, just do what you think is right, as for happiness,I love your last three lines, but happiness comes from with in, if someone is sad alone, he ll also be sad with peoples, it s a really nice poem and I love reading it
