My Confession

Two plus two is four
In the book of Leviticus
It's hard to ignore
Just in reading you begin to explore
Those little details that belong to the Lord
They say you find Jesus on every page of the bible
But little do they mention the names of His rivals
It's very important and for our survival
That we pay close attention to sins arrival
It may be something that we do everyday
Those little thing that drive God away
The habits we make for our own sake
Trivial to us but to God a mistake
Oh, why am I finding this on this day
How fortunate we have Jesus who washes sins away

I say to my husband all the time, I know the only hope I have rest in Jesus. He is my redemption, savior, and all in all. Thanks for sharing these insights to us. Sara K

To reach God, we have to purify ourselves. In our sinful state, we can't be with Him as He is unique and not like any of us. Through habit we do many things which may distance God away from us. But we are indeed fortunate that we have a God who washes our sins away. A poem of hope and faith.

I also believe that . He washes sins away, however, this should not give license to anyone to do horrid things to another? I really don't understand. Misery seeks and needs company, I'm guessing. Keep well, have a blessed day
