While there might be genetic predisposition to "male" behavior, I am flabbergasted that we have people in leadership positions who take male behavior to a toxic level. Many good men realize that we're part of a rich and diverse society where we all benefit when we allow everyone to contribute in the way he or she desires. The intolerant hatred being expressed causes me to worry.
