I think most do yearn for that in their lives, Dr. Sharma. I hope that those that don't get out there for one reason or another will read this and reach for the dream of being out in nature at least a few minutes each day. I found when I was working and having to travel long distances, I would enjoy the sky, landscapes, forest, and sunrises on my way to my destination. Thanks for the visit. Sara K

Such a peaceful, soul-soothing read. I could feel the cool air and hear the doves and crickets as if I were there. This poem is a gentle reminder to pause, breathe, and find stillness in the beauty around us. Thank you for this quiet blessing.

The early hours of morn is the most peaceful time to enjoy the beauty of nature and the slow stirring of life. Birds and small animals begin their activities early after their night's rest. This is the time to revel in beauty and grace. Don't be in a hurry to take up the chores of the day. Close your eyes and enjoy the quiet. It's the best time for prayer too. Beautiful thoughts dear Sara.

Len, I am saddened to hear of you being in an accident, but it is wonderful that you are doing well now. Our son-in-law was in a bad accident several months ago and he is still having problems. A large truck like an 18-wheeler pulled out in front of him but he could not do enough avoidance maneuvers to stop the impact. I feel for him in his long recuperation to better health. I am honored that you would fav this one. Sara K

I loved the softness, encouragement, and comfort of your poem. I find having a daily dose of nature balances me. Your poem suggests doing just that. When I go outside to walk, I put my mind on pause and pray. Well penned, Sara K. Wishing you a pleasant evening, Sara B

Sara B, it is wonderful that you enjoy nature and get a blessing from enjoying it. I found it was good to pray when I was able to go for walks. Now since I can't run with the big dogs, I have to sit on the porch. Sara K
