Serpentine Stardust

Word Bank Use Seven Words - 6-2-25
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Serpentine Stars
A “cascade” of crystal moonbeams
 Touches summer tides of “serpentine” seas
Where “phosphorus” waits
 To splash
On the still shoulders of shorelines
In a “myriad” of luminescent sequins
Bathing the sand in sparkle
 Like new stars
  Tumbling
From the amber-mauve wombs of “nebula”
To the “lilt” of the “lunar” nightingale’ serenades
For summer lovers
Leaving a path of glittering footprints
On crystalline sands.
I could vividly hear the "Lunar nightingale serenades" . Congratulations Sam. You are truly a musician and a poet rolled into one. ^___^ JCB
Hi JCB! Thank you, my friend! August in the northwest is an enchanted experience with sparkling waves and glittering footprints in the sand - summer music! Was so much fun to write about the magic! Warm blessings of summer to you!
Dear Sam, Your well inked words are a luminous brushstroke on the canvas of night. I felt the magic of moonbeams and phosphorescent tides, the dance of nebula-born stars across crystalline sands. Sam, this is such a radiant journey where poetry lets us walk among the stars. Excellent! Spring Blessings, My Dear Sam, Daniel
Thank you so much, Anaya! Even though the words don’t seem to have any connection they really did come together quite nicely once I was reminded of the phosphorus that fills the Sound in August and make everything in the water sparkle! So appreciate your lovely feedback and luck. Blessings!!
Thank you so much, Lin. When the phosphorus came back to the waters in the NW in August, it is an unforgettable magic show! Everything sparkles - waves, beach, footprints, ripples from a stone thrown into the water. This set of words just seemed perfect for Lasaad's contest. Hope all is well.l Blessings to you!
Thank you so much, Paige. I hope so. The word "phosphorus" immediately brought me back to walking the beaches in the NW in August when the little phosphorus organism, when disturbed, would make everything sparkle. Blessings to you!
