its true. i only sleep about 5 or 6 hours a night its just the way my body clock works. am quite active so i naturaly wake early

Yes, don't lose sleep over sleeplessness! Very good advice. Insomnia, as we grow older is a phenomenon found in many!

Well having worked for the po for forty years my body clock is well and truly screwed lol. Many morning I'm awake at 3 or 4, sometimes nap in the afternoon, yawn. Tom

Same here Tom, I retired aged 73 but still get up at the same time as if I'm going to work.
