Come Hear My Song

I live to sing, is that strange?
Every night I go to the cabernet
And sing to my faithful friends.
I don’t earn much money
But I eat and drink a lot.

I love to tell them about me,
A blue-eyed girl with blonde hair.
I sing songs from other hits,
But I sing of myself too.
Now, ain’t that’s sweet?

Everyone looks at me,
Everyone loves me.
I can sing high,
I can sing low
But I am getting bored now.
For I need more money.
Do you know any billionaires?

Another great story, I am not able to keep a note. Love the last line, “Go to YouTube” . Vienna does sing on YouTube. I enjoyed reading my friend.

Ah, this is quite a witty and creative write, dear Victor. You've described the situation of so many artists who deserve many more accolades and success! The struggle of following one's passion and getting a source of earning as a reward is actually real. You've so evocatively conveyed that here with brilliant wordplay! Sending you light and best wishes always. Hope you are doing well!

If you enjoy singing and if everyone loves you, go ahead! Don't bother about money..... :) Dear Victor, you come up with interesting topics and with such variety of topics. Really enjoyed.

Such an unexpected ending, caught me completely off guard. Your cleverness is always apparent, but you got me with this satirical write. Hugs ... CayCay

Victor, I enjoyed this engaging story of a woman doing what she loves the most. Will she make it? Time will tell. Even the biggest stars start out small. :)

There might be just the site on the internet for this girl, Victor. A site to introduce her to some free millionaires. Thanks for sharing and yes, some women are only looking for money and not for a good relationship. Sara K

Hello Victor, A truly enjoyable read for your words sing with a raw, unfiltered honesty that is both refreshing and deeply felt. I thought that there’s a real charm in the simplicity, a desire beneath the playful tone. Your voice, both in song and in verse, carries a spirit that refuses to be ignored. Winter Blessings, My Dear Friend, Daniel

Dear victor, the ending made me smile but its the sad reality for many artists, singers and many more, so many talented souls but they find it challenging to make money out of their passion. Brilliant poem, well woven and delivered as always! Pleasure reading you today. Sending you light always
