Bugs Bunny

Bugs Bunny loves his carrot snack,
He tricks his foes and never looks back.
“Eh, what’s up, doc?”—his teasing cue,
A clever rabbit who’s quick and shrewd too.

Poet’s Note:
Inspired by Bugs Bunny’s famous 1940 line, “Eh, what’s up, doc?”.

         (\(\
         (-.-)
         o_(")(") Eh, what’s up, doc?

How did you figure out that bunny? Rhetorical question. The bunny is absolutely adorable. I am so impressed by what some see in keyboards that I absolutely do not. AND I love your Clerihew, I think everyone's having a good time writing them. LOVE THAT BUNNY, you clever female! Poetry hugs ... CayCay

Haha, thank you, CayCay! That bunny really does have a way of hopping into everyone’s heart, doesn’t he? I’m so glad you enjoyed the Clerihew too—writing it was pure fun.

A very cute Clerihew, Rowena. Very creative little bunny at the end. :-) Have a pleasant week, my friend. Bill

I'll say one thing, he seems to appear and disappear more often than Casper the ghost

Well, if this bunny disappears and reappears, he has his own reason (let's leave it to him)—unless you actually meet Bugs Bunny in real life! Haha. Remember, carrots aren’t the only food in the world. If he happens to hold the same carrot as someone else’s and they chase him to get it back, he’ll hand it over just to satisfy their hungry mouths. Bunnies are everywhere, but there’s always that one distinct Bunny. And Bunny? He’s nothing like witches—whether in stories or in real life. Lol.
