The account below is nonfiction. One of my interests is Christian Apologetics. Part of my involvement with this included reading Atheistic literature. One night in 2007, after I finished reading Sam Harris's book, Letter to a Christian Nation, I went to bed. I was awakened an hour later by visitors I could not see. I knew two things, they hated me absolutely and wanted to hurt me physically.
I also knew I had to be very cautious on what I did next. I had read enough of the Bible, heard enough from preachers and had read enough supplemental material (in particular, Watchman Nee), to know that anything I did, that was based solely on my own power, would be a major error.
I recalled strategies such as 'rebuking in the name of Christ' and others, but I was not sure if I would make a mistake with those, so I kept thinking and then got some divine help.
