ON A SUNDAY MORNING

Years ago, I met this beautiful woman on a free poker site where you play for just fun. Over the past ten years or so we would frequently talk to each other, either playing at a table or just chatting here on Facebook. Although I never met her in person, we had become really great friends over time. She was married and had two daughters, losing one at an early age (I think early 20's). Her other daughter lived close by to her. I got to know her husband pretty well too because most of the time when me and Cello talked, we talked while we were both lying in bed late at night. She, with her hubby next to her side, and me with my sweetheart by mine. Many a time her husband would join in on the chatting. This morning Cello came up in my thoughts and I wondered why she hasn't been on FB for some time. I feared for the worst and hoped for the best. Well, unfortunately the fear was gone, it seems to be there's been another candle in the wind...the rain set in. As I searched her FB page, I saw comments saying, "I miss you" and "Happy heavenly Birthday" from some of her dear friends. (Cello had passed away about a year and a half ago due to some kind of illness). Sitting somewhat shocked and feeling a bit sad, for some reason I just stood up and walked outside to stare away some memories of some of our joyful conversations. Not more than a minute passed when all of a sudden, a cardinal appeared in my evergreen. The saying goes "When a cardinal appears an angel is nearby" It gave me the freakin' chills...maybe jus' a coincidence- maybe not? But it sure did make me feel a heaven of a lot better
