I am surprised how such a small oval birdbath I keep in my backyard, attracts so many birds of different species. Of course, I do live in a desert. A lesson in there somewhere. Perhaps make a desert of one's heart, put a small bath of new love offered, and see what winged beauty it may attract.

Today there is a lot of concern about what are described as GMO food products and perhaps those fears may be warranted, but as researchers delve further into cross species gene splicing etc. and come up with a blue eyed, red headed carrot, I fear that they may have ventured somewhat astray.

It gets to me when I see humans losing the uniqueness GOD created this species with.
Being emotionally numb is the new cool and I fail to understand and appreciate what’s with being a walking talking rock when you can’t feel and what’s cool about the mindless involvement in many things without taking a moment to pause and feel it

There is a lack of empathy in our nation and the third and second world. Empathy is the deficit that caused war among our species.

Humans are weird. We prefer the offspring of other species to our own. Especially me.

People are born and die as sexual objects. We are all sexualized so our species can survive. To make the objection to enjoying another person sexually is against Darwin and if one exists, God.
