Contest Description

Write a sonnet (any sort) about the summer. Write about any aspect you like, from any perspective you want–just make it vibrant.

Please pay attention to your punctuation, and be creative with it if you like. A poem's punctuation is its circulatory system, ensuring each part is nourrished and well functioning.

An example of creative punction can be found in my poem "Disorder". Creative punctuation is not a dealbreaker, but I have a taste for it. See also, naturally, ee cummings.
