Dear Soupers, Heidi's health has taken a turn for the worse, your Prayers are needed.

She has had a heart attack, and a stroke, as a result she has severe pain in her left leg.

Heidi sends her Thanks for all your Prayers and well wishes, she deeply Appreciates all the love and support. She is dealing with a lot right now.

Dear Lord..I thought I hadn't heard much of Heidi.? How stressfull for her, I lift her name Before the Lord of all, by faith and not by my Own works.' Dear God in heaven I ask your Attention in Heidi's case, may you return her To health in Jesus's name; amen.'

Update and correction: when this started, I was updating friends on Facebook, but it worsened and I have not been updating health anywhere for a while! Bone pain has spread to right side too and I am referred to Toxicologist regarding toxins. Thank you everyone for your kindness and prayers!
