It's Friday night in 'Quietville' - well the area where i live in Australia, wind blowing like a gale and the sky cries hard tonight pounding on my rooftop. Mother earth certainly has turned on the cold weather!!!!!!

Masterchef is the choice of viewing on my t.v this evening and I'm inspired thinking how food is like poetry. A dish prepared and cooked with love and honesty - straight from the heart, with passion and a creative mind is much like a poem!

I now imagine a lovely dinner, accompied by wine, with pen and paper in hand or maybe the laptop close.......what a combination for something wonderful.

Just Food for thought

Ahh....you have the makings for a creative and lovely evening. A mix of thoughfulness can make a poem, or a dish excellent and delicious to relish!

Hi Shaz! Poetry like food, food being like poetry, what could be better :D! And personally, I thought it was quite clever coming up with a site named "poetry soup" very very fitting :)

ofcause i love master chef austraillia by the way. I so agree when i prepare a dish its pretty much like writting poetry. I do it with love and deligence. Thanx for the reminder shaz

It certainly is cold..Winters come early Id say.. a months worth of rain in a day and its already snowing on the mountains here..brrrr Hugs xxx p.s..I cant stand the way George eats lol
