Overlooked Beauty Contest finalized (finally)

So, I've been gone for a minute and forgot I had a pending contest. Sorry to everyone who had to wait 4 months for the judging. There were really some great examples of finding the beauty in things we tend to not pay much attention to in poetry. Please take some time and read through the winners. I'm slowly starting to write a little again so hopefully I'll be around more often.

It's great to see you back, Jesse, and I pray it wasn't health concerns, (or if it WAS, that you're on the mend). It has been crazy for me of late as well and I'm so far behind on thankyou's and comments here - your positive energy has been missed. I'm going through that right now, Jesse, and just wrote a poem about it called "Dry, The Well" ... sometimes the air just leaves the balloon, and there's no forcing it back in. Glad you're on the "up" side, may it continue! :-)

No, nothing more serious than a case of writing apathy. I seem to always have a pendulum of writing and I'm starting to swing back towards the center now so hoping for some decent stuff to start flowing again.
