Hello all you Crazy Poets!

It's been forever since I've been on here, and I feel I've finally come home again - been lost and fumbling through a fog for a while. 

As some of you may know, my husband (48 yrs old) is battling an incurable lung disease, and we have had a tough year.  It isn't easy holding back and letting them do things for themselves becasue you want to help and protect...but I have also have to remember that he needs to feel like he is contributing even though he can't work...and I let all this overrun my poetry time and I realized that I can't hold back anymore. 

My Poetry is my way of releasing my anxiety and hurt and love and all the other emotions that come with dealing an incurable disease and watching your loved ones struggle and fight for another day...

I want to thank you all for the warm welcome and hope to be seeing all my old friends more and more in the days and months to come..and looking forward to making many more new friends also!
