I have : Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)
... my head is spinning like a carousel
... am unable to read or write poems at the moment

Anne, I miss your presence and the city lights, and pray that you get well. From my experience with vertigo (on and off for the last 20 years), I found (recently)that once I decreased my caffeine intake, specifically going from 4-6 DIET COKES a day to only drinking a few a week, now, I have experienced no lightheadedness. I also found that when I touch my toes and hold them in place for around 5 minutes, it helps lessen the spinning. Walking also helped with my anxiety issues. Finally, I kept a cane handy and used it when needed. Anne, I hope I’ve helped bring sunshine in some way. I look forward to seeing you back at PS.
