Wanderer of the Past

The days grow warm and confusing
As my mind unravel the yesterdays
'Was meeting you a mistake?'
Or 'Were you the blessing in disguise?'

Your love touches my innermost
Your patience overflows like a river
Your gentleness says everything
We had the bests and the worsts

Piece by piece you've changed me,
Made me a finer human I am now
You embraced my messy universe
What more could I ask for?!

Oh, but what have I done?!
Did I push you away?
Or did I deserve to be left alone?
Oh, did I? Had I? Am... I?

My queries are noisy as alarms
Answers are what I'm waiting
But...what takes them too long?
Maybe, the answer is just YOU.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
