Grief

I am walking through the fog of loss

I’m listening to you but,
I don’t hear you

I’m looking at you but
I can’t see you

I’m here but I’m not

He took a piece of me with him...
When he left

They always do you know…
The dead…
The ones you loved,
The ones who tethered you to this world and
you, them

Grief…
It hurts like a motherer

I will never be normal again
