How Do I Say Good Bye

How do I say good bye 
How do I say good bye do I just sit down and cry or do I ask God why? 
Or do I just say good bye and remember all the good times we had?
How do I say good bye to the Love that we shared with each other 
Why do I have to cry when I say goodbye 
May you Rest in peace
