Lost Boys

Puffing circles of smoke in the crisp air
Smoke slowly dissipating concealing innocence
swimming in my mind, sinking into bliss
Dozing off while smoking grass
My friends were a mirror and I was reflection.
We were always broke, no money for gas
Sleeping till noon, only to see the moon.
Pitching in money to get a pack of cigarettes just to stay on track

How i miss those days, getting lost in our Neverland
I loved my boys, their expeditions were mine
We all found each other in the loneliest times
It's been ages since i last saw their faces
As memories fade, i will keep these days entangled in my mind till I die
never forgetting the short time when I felt alive
